All familiar ground, but I like the fresh air part best. It does the most for me. Strenuous exertion never felt good, even in grade school. But certainly some exercise is helpful.
The 7 Days of Meditation article makes so much sense. There are cultures that get the mind-body benefits through plant-drug pathways, and cultures that have found other pathways. I am not at all surprised.
