All of this day was spent hiking on the American River Bike Trail. Since Teri Guida from Sacramento hosted us the previous night, and we would be staying with Roger Monty who once lived in Norfolk in the evening, we slack packed the day. The stand out tree along the bikeway were cottonwoods.
